THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

So far, I have learned much about leadership. In the REDbird training session today, I have learned about the 5 practices of exemplary leadership shown above. The first, Model the Way, involves... Through the REDbird program, I have set the following leadership goals for myself. My aim is to make my team successful in organizing the HKUSTFun society dedicated to bringing unique and fun activities to HKUST students, and also to inspire others to pursue their interests and projects by pursuing this project. I hope to work with my fellow recruited OCs to bring this society to life.
